Crystals are considered an Earth Element, so they are very grounding. Adding crystals to your home will help ground you and ease anxiousness. The only exception to the rule is clear Quartz. Too much of anything can be bad, right? Too much Clear Quartz in your home can make you spacey. Clear Quartz will also magnify any crystal it is paired with.

An excellent nine-day exercise with this blog post, read one Gua each day and activate one Gua a day. When you activate a space, you will set the crystal in the Gua, stating the intention.

Crystals to support this Gua are Aragonite, Rhodonite, Orange Calcite, Jade, and Bloodstone.

Aragonite is for the healing and balancing of the emotional body. This crystal can enhance your feeling of emotional strength and confidence, allowing you to become a human star of love and compassion. Aragonite is excellent for clearing, cleansing, and balancing all the energy centers. Because of their shape, the stars radiate energy outward in many directions enveloping others with a sense of peace and healing.

Rhodonite promotes the energy of outer-directed love and a sense of community. Rhodonite’s gift is one of generosity to bring more love into the world.

Orange Calcite’s vital energy can serve as a catalyst for the release of past traumas that hold you back, allowing for optimism and joy to come in.

Jade jade supports happiness and harmony in relationships and with family.

Bloodstone helps remove blocks that are keeping us stuck. This is a great piece to activate to remove any blocks you may have with a family member to help promote healing.

Activate your crystals by setting the intention: “This crystal will support the creation of balance and harmony within myself and my family as we go forward.”

Petrified wood is used to enhance the Wood Energy of the Wealth Gua.
Amethyst represents wealth and is a beautiful purple.
Pyrite is also called fool’s gold, representing prosperity.
Citrine supports all your dreams and manifestations.
Green Aventurine and Jade are known for good luck and fortune bringing in the green.
Ruby is a supporting stone for the Root Chakra and helps you make money doing what you love.

When working with the crystals, you can do sets of four. Create a collection on a lovely tray or bowl to activate the space. Creating a collection is another topic for another day, it has amazing Feng Shui benefits!

Health Gua

The Health Gua is one of the most important on the Bagua Map; it influences all of the guas and our health. Our spiritual health and Chi can significantly influence our physical health.  There are so many incredible crystals that compliment the gua.

A few points about the Health Gua –

• Center of the Bagua map and your home
• Influenced by the number 5
• Earth Element, earth tones, and square items

Amber, Moonstone, Golden Quartz, and Smokey Quartz are excellent crystals to activate in the Health Gua.

You could use a terracotta or pottery bowl for your crystals. If you have five crystals, use all five. The bowl and the five are both activating the Earth Element.

Amber is such a unique crystal, and it is cleansing and renewing. Fantastic for emotional stressors, clearing the mind. Amber is a fossilized resin.

Moonstone is lovely for wellbeing and helps reduce tension in your home.

Golden Quartz, also referred to as the Golden Healer. This crystal connects and helps cleanse all your chakras, also stimulates your body’s natural healing abilities.

Smokey Quartz is protective and is a great piece to remove negative Chi from your home. Smokey Quartz helps with stress, depression, and promotes positive thoughts.

Helpful People & Travel Gua

The Helpful People & Travel Gua is located on the front right section of your home.  Helpful People & Travel support your Wealth & Prosperity Gua, you need helpful people in your life! Helpful people are mentors, teachers, family members, coaches, friends, angels, and spirit guides. They are all here to help you move through your life experience with ease, assisting and guiding when things get tough. Let’s activate this area by placing a crystal or two here with a strong intention.

Crystals that support this area are Apophyllite, Angelite, Celestite, Spirit Quartz, and Danburite. My absolute favorite crystal is Apophyllite which I purchased at Jewelweed. The owner, Jodi, and I had a fantastic conversation about Apophyllite and its power to help tap into our higher selves. We both love using this crystal when tapping into the Akashic Records.

The Wisdom & Self Knowledge gua is found in the left front of your home. This area is about personal growth and development.

You can apply Feng Shui to a room, a desk, and your whole home. Think about your home office. When you walk in the door, the area on the left of your entry is your Wisdom & Self Knowledge gua. Take the time to activate the space by writing an intention and setting a complimentary crystal on top of it. The front left corner of my desk is where I put the books I am reading and studying, topped with a lovely fluorite slab. The Wisdom & Self Knowledge gua falls in my garage, so I have activated this area on my desk as support.

Azurite expands your mind so you can see all the new possibilities.

Lepidolite helps you release old ways of thinking and gently transforms, and it is also an excellent crystal to enhance focus.

Fluorite is a beautiful stone that allows for mental clarity and stability, encouraging organization and concentration as you learn.

Your Wisdom & Self Knowledge gua is a beautiful space for yoga and meditation.

Fame & Reputation

The Fame & Reputation Gua is the center back of your home.  Fame and Reputation is about how others view you and how bright you want your light to shine. Enhancing this area will help you be seen.

Career & Life Purpose Gua

The Career & Life Purpose Gua is located in the front center of your home. One of the more popular Guas as it directly impacts your Wealth Gua.  If you are looking to advance in your career or change the direction of your focus, this is an area you should pay attention to.

Crystals to support your Career & Life Purpose Gua are Kyanite, Obsidian, Labradorite, and Blue Lace Agate.

Obsidian is a protective crystal shielding you from negativity. It stimulates growth opening new horizons.

Labradorite is the crystal when you are ready to awaken your magical powers when you are ready for a transformation.

Blue Lace Agate is a powerful throat healer, assisting with the verbal expression of thoughts and feelings.

Love & Relationships

The Love & Relationships Gua is in the far back right of your home. Love & Relationships are more than business partnerships or romantic relationships. This can be about any relationship: business, marriage, friendships, your children, and YOU.

Rose Quartz, Garnet, Pink Tourmaline, and Lavender Quartz are lovely crystals to cultivate and activate this Gua. Use them in pairs when you place them. My bathroom falls in Love & Relationship. I have a lovely wood tray filled with an even number of Rose Quartz and two Lavender Quartz. I use the pairs to activate our relationships, and the Lavender Quartz supports self-love. We all need that extra support in the bathroom!

Rose Quartz is known as the stone of unconditional love.

Garnet inspires love and devotion.

Pink Tourmaline is used to induce feelings of love, joy, happiness and restore a sense of wholeness in the heart.

Lavender Quartz is a stone of love, healing, and joy, assisting you in alleviating your lack of self-worth and low self-esteem.
